My second time participating in a contest~ The only regret I have is that I didn't managed to make a second entry... :icontenshicake: has a variety of characters that are worth drawing, and I had my eyes on a few of them x.x

Nevertheless, this is Xiao-Chen :D she loves plushies as far as I understood, and she has a complex regarding her thinck eyebrows (which I think it's so cute!)~
